Graduation Internship: Marketing & Communications

At BetterBe we build the smart technology behind car leasing. Our cloud platform calculates lease quotes for leasing companies, car brands and dealers across Europe, quickly, accurately and in real time. Our technology is strong, and now we want our brand to be just as strong. We’re looking for a marketing or communications student who wants to get stuck in and help make BetterBe visible, both inside and outside the company.

What you’ll do

LinkedIn and social media
LinkedIn is the heart of our communication strategy. You’ll help keep our content calendar running, schedule and publish organic posts, and support our account-based marketing campaigns. Your goal is to bring the brand to life and keep our audience engaged.

Internal communications
You’ll help us turn the internal newsletter into a clear management update and set up an intranet where every colleague can share news. You’ll also capture what’s happening inside the company: events, photos, milestones and stories.

Digital assets and graphic design
You’ll manage our brand assets on SharePoint and create new materials with tools like Canva and AI. Think proposition slide decks, image libraries, Word and PowerPoint templates, and updates to our website. That way our (future) customers get the right information at the right time.

Market research
You’ll dive into markets and companies we want to reach. How big is the opportunity? Where are the best ways in? Which value proposition do we need? You’ll turn your findings into clear, practical insights for our sales and marketing teams.

Events
You’ll help choose which events we go to, prepare presentations and make sure our brand stands out on the day.

Who we’re looking for
A student in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics, Business Administration or a similar HBO or WO programme
Someone who writes well and has a good eye for design
Hands-on and proactive: you see what needs doing and just do it
Curious about tech and B2B marketing (no technical background needed)
Experience with LinkedIn, Canva or AI tools is a plus
Good English skills. Dutch is a bonus, not a must
