We’re thrilled to announce that Michel Alsemgeest will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Frank Lemaire will join the executive team as Chief Financial Officer.
Michel’s transition into the CEO role reflects the natural evolution of his impactful journey at BetterBe. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning our customers, product, people, and purpose – driving momentum across our ecosystem and accelerating our strategic ambitions. With a strong track record in overall management, business sense, digital transformation and scaling technology-driven businesses, Michel is ready to lead BetterBe into its next phase.
We’re equally excited to welcome Frank Lemaire as our new CFO. Frank brings a strong financial and strategic perspective, with a clear focus on growth and long-term value creation. His mindset will be vital as we continue to scale and evolve in a dynamic and fast-changing market.
Founding and leading BetterBe has been an incredible journey. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of building something meaningful – together with our team, our customers, and our partners. The company has grown, matured, and evolved, and now is the right time to hand over the leadership. With Michel and Frank stepping into their new roles, we’re confident the company is well-positioned to continue its growth, deepen its impact, and stay true to its mission.
